About the Role
We're building a new AI-powered product from the ground up and are looking for a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead who can take ownership of both the technical architecture and the product direction.
This isn't a traditional backend development role. We're looking for someone who can design AI infrastructure, make architectural decisions, and turn complex workflows into intuitive AI-powered experiences. Programming language is flexible-we're interested in the right engineer rather than a specific stack.
What You'll Build
Our vision is to create an AI Builder that enables users to generate complete commerce solutions from a simple prompt.
From a single request, users should be able to generate:
online stores
operational workflows
business processes
commerce infrastructure
You'll help define how this product is designed, built, and evolves over time.
What You'll Do
Design the overall AI architecture and technical direction
Build AI-native backend services and platform capabilities
Design RAG pipelines and AI workflows
Work with vector databases and retrieval systems
Define scalable architecture for AI infrastructure
Build APIs and backend services
Improve platform capabilities across OMS, WMS and operational tools
Contribute to PIM strategy and implementation
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
Use AI throughout the software development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone who simply integrates AI APIs. We're looking for an engineer who understands how modern AI systems are built and can design the infrastructure behind them.

Required Skills
Experience designing AI infrastructure and system architecture
Hands-on experience with RAG systems
Experience working with vector databases and retrieval pipelines
Strong backend engineering experience
Experience building products from scratch
Senior / Tech Lead level architecture skills
Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, LLM workflows)
Nice to Have
Experience with no-code or builder platforms
E-commerce, logistics or marketplace products
High-load distributed systems
OMS, WMS or PIM experience
Node.js, React or modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
