Key Responsibilities
Drive the company’s financial strategy and planning in line with SaaS business models.
Manage fundraising activities and investor relations with venture capital and private equity partners.
Provide financial forecasts, modelling, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
Set up and optimise financial systems, reporting structures, and KPIs tailored to SaaS growth.
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and advise on international operations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance) within SaaS companies.
Proven track record of working with venture capital investors, fundraising, and board reporting.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CARR, LTV, churn) expertise.
Demonstrated experience supporting start-ups or high-growth businesses is highly desirable.
Deep knowledge of UK financial regulations and tax frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
